Adult MFLCs provide confidential counseling to service members, spouses, military couples, and non-remarried surviving spouses. They can help with deployment adjustments, stress management, issues related to PCS, relationships, problems at work, grieving and more.

U.S. Naval Hospital Sigonella Health Promotion and Wellness
The Health Promotion and Wellness Center provides evidence-based programs and services that facilitate readiness and resilience, prevent illness and injury, and promote lifelong healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
