Start the day with a hike around Mojo Crater then explore the ruins of Byzantine Churches (600 A.D.) and the Alcantara River. Choose to walk along the river, or better yet, dip your toes in! After the hike, Palmento Costanza Winery will provide lunch with a wine tasting.
