Start the trip with lunch at Borgo Antico Agriturismo. Then explore the town of Caltagirone, known worldwide for its ornate ceramics, and admire the 142-step staircase of Santa Maria del Monte. Each year, the staircase is decorated in a different grandiose floral design to honor the Madonna of Conadomini.
