Enjoy a flat, 23-mile ride along the Simeto River, the main river of Sicily. This trip will begin near NAS I and end at the Simeto River Natural Reserve. This natural oasis offers a rare chance to see migrating birds, including flamingos on their route to Africa. This trip will take approximately four hours to complete. Please wear clothes that can get dirty, and be sure to bring water, a packed lunch and snacks. Registration deadline for this trip is April 30.
