History enthusiasts, this trip is for you! Spend the day reliving Operation Husky, the military operation that liberated Sicily from Germany when the Allies landed here. We will stop in Gela, the Castelluccio Castle, the Dead Valley, and the Dirillo River. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the small town of Acate, which is known for its location as the first headquarters for U.S. troops. Those who will participate in this tour will get a 10% discount for the second part of the Husky operation that will be held in Catania and the museum of the Ciminiere.
