Start your tour near Palermo in the town of Cefala Diana with a stop to see the remains of the Cefala castle. Next, visit the Arabic thermal baths, dating back to the 10th century, that are still heated from a natural hot spring. Finish the day with a visit to Salaparuta Winery for a wine tasting and lunch. Note: please bring a bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes. Registration deadline for this trip is Thursday, January 15.
