Eligibility: Active Duty, NATO, DoD ID Cardholders & Dependents
Ages: All ages welcome
Registration Available at NAS I & NAS II Fitness Center front desks

Start with a mini workout session with our fitness team, followed by a plunge into the icy waters of the NAS II Pool! Registration is required at the NAS I or NAS II Fitness Center front desk along with completion of waiver for all ages.
