Memorial Day Weekend Workout

Honor and remember the men and women of the Armed Forces who lost their lives in defense of freedom by participating in our virtual Memorial Day Workout. 

This event can be completed any time during Memorial Day weekend while wearing a 20 lb weight vest or body armor. If the full challenge seems too intimidating, feel free to break it up or cut the reps in half.

We'll be posting the full workout the week of May 24 on our MWR Sigonella Facebook page. In order to be added to our prize drawing, simply share your results with us on our workout post.

The drawing will be based on participation and will consist of five winners.

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
