Navy Fitness is offering a one-day seminar that will arm you with knowledge and compel you to make informed decisions about your personal health. This course covers practical information on physical fitness topics, including plank and rowing efficiency, nutrition fueling, setting realistic goals, and tips for overall success in the PRT Cycle 2021. 

In addition, all participants will receive a free four-week PRT prep program that can be performed at any MWR Fitness Facility.
