July 5 - 8: Tiny Art (Available any time during MWR Library hours of operation)

This week we will provide every patron with a small art canvas and easel that they can use to create their own mini-masterpiece. Return your finished artwork and registration form to the library by August 1 to be included in our Tiny Art Exhibition. All art submissions will be on display from August 10-31. Patrons can use any medium preferred, including paint, colored pencil, graphite, etc. Artists are encouraged to design any theme that inspires them. We’re looking forward to showcasing some Sigonella talent!

July 13 (3 - 5 p.m.): Macrame Jar Hangers

Does anyone remember learning macramé at summer camp? Join us today and we’ll refresh your memory as we create simple jar hangers that can be used for small plants, fairy light lanterns or maybe your favorite stones or sea glass. We will supply the macramé cord and jars, just come ready to have a good time!
