Farm to table doesn’t get much more authentic than this. On this trip, you meet Giorgio and Giovanna, the owners of this edible paradise, under the carob trees to take part in a century old tradition of carob bean harvesting.
Touted as a healthier option to cocoa, the carob fruit pod is often used in Mediterranean desserts. After your harvisting efforts, refreshments will be served poolside and you’ll enjoy a homemade dinner with products produced from the farm.
The menu consists of fresh vegetables, bruschetta with eggplant, roasted lamb with eggplant parmigiana, cannoli, and more.
