Cooking Class: Beginner Cake Icing

Cost: $50 (includes cake turn table) / $40 (if you provide your own turn table)

Learn the basics on how to perfectly smooth out your frosted cakes with buttercream. You will learn to ice your cake layers using the "top to bottom" method from layering over crumb coating to a perfect smooth icing result.  In addition, you will learn how to prepare the perfect icing in different flavors for filling and frosting as well as learning some other easy decorating techniques for some beautifully piped buttercream decorative borders.  Each participant will take home a cake turn table, as well as a cake scraper and the 6" decorated cake that you will be working with during the class.
